Romprest Service Company S.A. launches the "Qualified employees" - Project SOP HRD/108/2.3/G/79230, co-financed by the European Social Fund. In the project, which has a total budget of 2,087,730.00 Ron 300 employees will be trained and retrained from January 2012 to April 2013.
Romprest contributes decisively to the training of its employees through its extensive experience in implementing activities and projects which need qualifying the employees through continuous training, as well as validation and certification within their authorized center for evaluation and certification of professional competences acquired in other contexts than the formal ones and the certification of the skills acquired in CVT programs.
Owning the training permit for three professional qualifications - worker for specialized waste management equipment, disinfection, pest control and insect control agent, cleaning buildings and vehicles agent - Romprest Service Company S.A. provides the opportunity of qualification and requalification to a target group of 300 people from rural and urban areas by the financing obtained within HRD from 2007 to 2013, under the financing contract no. SOP HRD /108/2.3/G/79230 signed on December 27, 2011 between IOSOP HRD, CNDIPT (email@example.com) and Romprest Service Company SA.
“In a local labor market experiencing a shortage of qualified personnel and low levels of economic performance, the project brings benefits to both parties: employees are informed and aware of the importance of participation in training and retraining programs, enjoy free access to vocational training at work and are motivated by changing perspectives offered by the new skills acquired. The company continues to gain by raising the level of qualification of employees, improving their adaptability, increasing the levels of knowledge and skills, acquiring skills and abilities that lead to increased productivity and quality at work”, said Ms Elena Barabancea, as Project Manager.
The overall objective of the project is to develop human capital and increase the economic competitiveness by qualification and requalification activities for employees, obtaining thus an increase in the level of qualification of persons employed in the labor market, in the context of knowledge based society.
The specific objectives of the project: Providing qualification and requalification training for the employees to achieve a full qualification; providing facilities for unskilled workers with low qualifications; support employees by providing awareness, information and career counseling; providing support and incentives for employees to participate in CVT.
The project runs from January 2012 to April 2013 (16 months) and it has a total budget of Ron 2,087,730.00, of which the financial assistance granted is amounting to Ron 1,983,134.00; and Ron104, 596.00 is the eligible contribution of the beneficiary.
