Human resources represent our company. People are an active resource of the organization since their potential, experience, initiative and development actively contribute to increasing organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Employees have the ability to considerably amplify the effects of other resources.

Our main objectives in the Human Resources Department are:
- Establishing a safe environment for employees;
- Creating prospects for promotion and professional growth;
- Free access to training through both in-house and external professional training and professional reorientation training courses based on the Professional development plan.
At a company level we apply a concept which is mandatory in today's economic context: performance management at strategic level. We believe organisational and operational efficiency needs a HR policy based on care for employees, working conditions and environment.

We have a professional practical and loyal team in which we constantly invest for long-term development of potential.

Employees are an important part of the company.  Romprest applies modern measures of HR management in order to support the development of employer-employee relationship. We continually improve the Integrated Management System, growing employees’ responsibility and accountability and giving them the chance to evolve within our company.

People build the future.
And we train them. Ever since 2002 Romprest Company has undertaken the role of professional trainer, offering training courses for: building and vehicle cleaning agent, Pest Control agent, waste management equipment worker. We have been carrying out major contracts signed with SOP HRD, co-financed by the Social European Fund:
